Patient Care Coordinator + Front Desk Lead
$25 - $30 / Hour

Calista Aesthetics is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator + Front Desk Lead to be the welcoming face of our practice and help create a thoughtful, elevated experience for every patient who walks through our doors. In this role, you’ll greet patients with warmth, support scheduling and daily front desk flow, respond to inquiries, guide patients through our services in an educational and trust-based way, and help ensure each interaction feels seamless, intentional, and aligned with our standard of care.
