join us.
What does membership cost and how long does it last?
Membership is $200 per month for 12 consecutive monthly payments, for a $2,400 total term. You are responsible for all 12 payments. Membership ends automatically after the term and does not auto-renew.
How will we plan my care?
Before you join, you and your provider talk through your goals and membership benefits, then agree on your plan for the year.
How do banked services work?
Membership fees do not create a dollar balance or cash credit. Banked microneedling services become available after the required membership period. Unused monthly benefits do not roll over unless the selected treatment benefit specifically allows it.
What happens if I end my membership early?
You remain responsible for all 12 monthly payments. Early termination forfeits unused benefits. We’ll review the complete agreement with you before enrollment.
Can I share benefits or combine offers?
Benefits are personal and nontransferable, and membership must be active and in good standing. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless Calista authorizes it.
